What is JUICE?

The Joint University Initiative for Coach Education offers students and staff at University of Bristol and University of West of England the opportunity to develop their sports coaching skills. The programme offers Level 1 learn to coach courses in a variety of sports, courses for experienced coaches, those who want to officiate and generic coach development courses.

Sports coaching collageThe JUICE programme will help develop your CV, enhancing your ability to engage in sports-related work in the community, in a paid or a voluntary capacity. The qualifications and associated experience demonstrate to future employers that you have initiative and can communicate and solve problems outside of the academic world.

Wesport: West of England Sport TrustThe JUICE programme is run in association with Wesport, ensuring that the local Bristol community and beyond have access to all the courses detailed on this site.

Get ahead of the pack, pass on your knowledge and love of sport, take the first step on the coaching ladder and learn the skills necessary to deliver coaching in a safe and beneficial environment.
