I am a member of the community, can I attend JUICE courses?
Yes, anyone can sign up for courses on the JUICE programme.
The JUICE programme dos not offer the course I want to do, what should I do?
Call the JUICE team or email us and we can direct you to an appropriate course. We can also add you to the JUICE mailing list which is emailed regularly with updates about the programme.
I am a student but not at University of Bristol or University of West of England, which fee do I pay?
You need to pay the external cost as our reductions only apply to UWE and University of Bristol students.
I am unable to pay the whole fee in one go, what payment options are there available?
Please contact the host organisation directly who will be able to set up a payment plan for the costs of the course.
Are there any subsidies available?
There may be in return for some volunteer coaching. Please contact us for more information.
I do not have access to a car, how can I get to the venues?
Details about pubic transport will be emailed out with confirmation of course booking. It is possible for us to help arrange car share though, so once you have booked on the course, email us to enquire further.
Once I have done the JUICE course, how do I put my new qualification into practice?
Please visit our “Use your Qualification” page for more details and email us to go on the University Coach Pool database.
I have missed a course that I would really like to do, how can I get on another one?
Contact us and we’ll help you source another one in the area.
I would like to feedback to JUICE regarding my experience of the courses, what do I do?
Please email us with any feedback or suggestions you may have to help improve the programme.
